What is a Supreme Title? 

The Supreme Title is as a very particular method of trust funding.  It has several layers of instruments to achieve a unique type of a Allodial title to property for your Trust. It operates in the common law jurisdiction. In some cases a “foreign” jurisdiction.

5 Components of Supreme Title 

1. An Irrevocable express trust.  (Foreign or domestic)
2. Silver coins with face a value of $10 (Do not use a higher face value higher than $100. I suggest 10 silver dollars or 20 silver half dollar coins. Trusted source to buy are JMBullion.com or Apmex.com)

3. Current Deed to property or land, house or building shall be transfered to trust via Warranty Deed.
4. Acknowledgment of the Deed.  The Trust is acknowledging  ownership of the property.

5. Land patent claim.  Land patent attached (optional)
