Chondrus Gold is our unique sea moss. The vibrant sea moss comes from Saint Lucia & the Caribbean. This sea moss veriety is less salty and dose not have a fishy scent. It has an aroma similar to Cheyenne paper. Almost smells like a sweet spice. This makes it versatile in the kitchen. Once make into a gel, you can add it to smoothies, soups and curry dishes.

1 pack of our Chondrus Gold will make 8 ounces of sea moss gel.

How to make sea moss gel. 

1. Rinse the sea moss with warm water.
2. Soak in spring water or distilled water for at least 1 hour
3. Blend 1 pack in a blender with 1 cup of fresh water.  All done!!!!!
4. Add the gel to a glass jar and keep refrigerated.
